What is a master account?
Your master account is the account setup in your company’s name, designating you as a reseller. All plans that you sell will be setup under this account and discounts will automatically be applied.

What are my payment options?
Credit card is the most common payment method, as it is the quickest and easiest option. Other options may be available, depending on your specific situation. Please contact customercare@fpweb.net for additional details.

What are my billing term options?
For Small Business hosting services you can choose between monthly or annual billing and payment is due in advance for the term. For Corporate and Enterprise hosting services, you can choose between monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing.
