 Step 1: DECIDE

From the first phone call, tweet, visit to our site, email or meeting, potential clients are talking to a SharePoint expert. Often times this is a joint effort on our part with a business consultant and one of our SharePoint engineers. At sharepointspace.com, we simply don’t have a “sales” team. We are merely here to find the right solution for your particular needs.

 Step 2: DESIGN

Following the assessment process, a Technical Account Manager will begin phase two of our process and contact you for some of the finer details required before building your solution. The TAM sends a series of questions about ports, IP addresses, account creation modes, etc… Then a document is created with all the necessary details to inform you about what you are receiving, when you’ll receive it and how we’ll support it after it’s built.

 Step 3: DEPLOY

To ensure everything works as intended, our deployment process includes comprehensive quality control procedures. Our deployment team runs all new environments through a battery of tests to make sure everything is working correctly before we hand you the keys to your sparkling new setup.
