Learn how to change the order of Quick Launch links in SharePoint 2010

In the SharePoint 2010 Quick Launch bar, links are sometimes disorganized and are in an order that just doesn’t make sense. Eliminate hassles and user frustration by organizing the Quick Launch bar. Watch this video tutorial to learn how to organize the links.

  1. Locate the quick launch bar (left side of the page)
  2. Click Site Actions
  3. Click Site Settings
  4. Click Quick Launch under Look and Feel
  5. Click Change Order
  6. Adjust the order using the drop-down numbers
  7. When you are satisfied with the order, click OK
