How do I create a new Public Folder in Exchange 2010?
How to Create a Public Folder:
- Login to Exchange Management Console.
- Under Organization Configuration, click Mailbox.
- Ensure the Database Management tab is selected, click to select the appropriate mailbox database, and choose New Public Folder Databases in the Actions pane.

- On the New Public Folders Database window, enter an appropriate name for the database.

- Click Browse and select the correct server. Click Next.
- On the Set Paths screen, you can accept the default paths or point to a specific path & then click Next.
- The new databases will now be configured. Click Finish to complete the setup process.
How do I delete a Public Folder in Exchange 2010?
How to Delete a Public Folder:
- Login to Exchange Management Console.
- Under Organization Configuration, click Mailbox.
- Highlight the appropriate Public Folder database and select Remove from the right-hand pane.

How do I create a new User mailbox in Exchange 2010?
How to Create User Mailboxes:
- Login to Exchange Management Console.
- Next, in the left pane (under Recipient Configuration), right-click on Mailbox and select New Mailbox.

- The Wizard will open. Select the type of mailbox you would like to create. In this case, we are going to select User Mailbox.

- For User Type, you may either select a user that does not currently have a mailbox configured or select New User.

- Complete the User's information for their new mailbox:

- Give the new user an Alias. Select your mailbox database by clicking Browse.

- Select the desired Archive Settings. The default setting is Don't Create an Archive.

- Confirm settings and click Finish to complete the setup process. You will now see the new mailbox listed in the Mailbox user window:

NOTE: Do not create mailboxes within Active Directory. Instead, use the Exchange Management Console for creating and enabling ALL email mailboxes.

Disabling and/or deleting mailboxes in Exchange 2010 is simple.
- Login to Exchange Management Console.
- Select Recipient Configuration >> Mailbox.
