SharePoint Web Part Page Creation Instructions

  1. In the far right corner, click Site Actions.
  2. From the drop down menu, select Create.
  3. On this page, under Web Pages, select Web Part Page.
  4. To type a file name, select the Name text box.
  5. Enter the name of the new Web part page.
  6. Select the desired Web part page layout from the Layout Templates.
  7. Click Create on the far bottom right.
  8. In the far upper left click Exit Edit Mode.
