Fpweb.net Exchange server for mobile devices enable direct push technology, meaning that Exchange Server sends Outlook messaging directly to your device over the air (OTA) through your wireless account. Like your desktop computer or laptop, your Smartphone can offer quick e-mail flow and easy access to your calendar and tasks.

Tasks synchronization
For the first time, you can synchronize Outlook Tasks between your Windows Mobile device and your desktop computer over the air. If you add or change a task, your desktop computer and your device will both be up-to-date.

Data compression
"If you had 10 MB of e-mail in the past, now it would be [compressed to] 5 MB. We put messaging on a pretty strict diet," explains Weihun Liew, the product manager for Microsoft Windows. Data compression means faster transmission and more bandwidth.

Direct connection
The computer running Exchange Server delivers messaging over an HTTP connection. Organizations no longer need to invest in push e-mail servers between Exchange Server and mobile devices, or to hire third-party suppliers and pay extra fees.

Synchronization and security
The "always-on" connection does not represent an additional security risk. Synchronization works through an encrypted connection.
