Fpweb.net - Meet some of the team

Peter is the wordsmith of the Fpweb.net family. As the company ‘Elocutionator', Peter is charged with managing the Fpweb.net blog as well as working within the Marketing department to develop copy for various initiatives like the company newsletter and website. He considers himself very lucky to be able to merge his passion for writing with his job.

If he's not in the office, Peter is typically at the store purchasing a bag of Skittles or in London. But wherever and whatever he's doing, Peter's usually writing about it.

As the Project Manager at Fpweb.net, Eddie is your trusted point of contact during the build of your SharePoint environment. He cracks the whip to make sure the Project Team completes your unique build quickly yet in the expert manner our customers have come to expect, even if it means shooting some unsuspecting Engineers with a Nerf gun from time to time to get things moving along. An adventurous person by nature, Eddie enjoys travelling and experiencing new things. He leaves the Nerf gun at the office and returns home to his wife and small, fuzzy Bichon puppy Leo, named after his favorite Ninja Turtle.

Joe spends the hours at Fpweb.net managing the team that is responsible for supporting every customer and making sure help is readily available when clients need it. Joe and the rest of the Support Team are dedicated to taking care of you and keeping your SharePoint environment running smoothly. When he’s not reviewing or escalating support tickets, Joe can usually be found strapped to a guitar and playing music in and around the St Louis area. He’s a singer songwriter that has been playing music since he was 12 years old.

Mary is the friendly voice you're likely to hear when you call Fpweb.net. As the company's receptionist, Mary works hard to ensure that, instead of automated messages and robotic service, customers only receive exceptional, dedicated SharePoint service and support. When not working, Mary is busy saving stray animals wandering outside her home, talking astrology with anyone who will listen, spending far too much money on shoes and handbags, and being Starbucks' biggest fan!

Joe has impressive experience building SharePoint farms and has built a majority of Fpweb.net's customer environments based on unique specifications ranging from single server multi-tenant to 10 server farms and larger. Joe enjoys working with clients to ensure their environments are functioning at an optimal level. But Joe can quickly shed technology and become an outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, hunting and being a competent handyman who saves time for softball and CrossFit.

Andy is the technical lead for SharePoint deployments, escalated support incidents, and research and development of hosting plans. Andy strives to stay on top of the cutting edge Microsoft and private cloud technology while innovating hosted SharePoint solutions with his team. While away from Fpweb.net HQ, Andy is very busy getting accustomed to fatherhood with his new daughter. When a little free time emerges, Andy enjoys attempting Ozzie Smith catches on the softball field and being tortured at the local CrossFit gym.

Jesse is your personal, customer advocate and serves as the point of contact for questions you may not know who to ask. Whether it's a technical, billing or renewal question, Jesse will point you in the right direction.

When he's not fighting for our customers, Jesse coaches his 8 year old, future superstar soccer goalie and cheers on his oldest daughter on the high school dance team. After driving his wife crazy with his obsessive house cleaning, Jesse relaxes and watches a game with the real princess of the house: Kimi, his Beagle mix.

Chris leads the SharePoint Team at Fpweb.net. This team has a dedicated focus on sizing environments, issue escalations, SharePoint builds and SharePoint Architecture Planning. As one of Fpweb.net’s leading SharePoint evangelists and a respected expert in the SharePoint Community, he travels around the globe to speak at SharePoint conferences and SharePoint Saturdays.

Chris discovered CrossFit in 2007 and, what started as a hobby, quickly became part of a larger, healthier lifestyle. Now Chris is a certified CrossFit trainer that pushes people (including many employees) to the next level of fitness.

As the director of all things marketing here at Fpweb.net, you can find Ellie traveling the globe in the name of Hosted SharePoint and, of course, in search of the best food this planet has to offer. Ellie's marketing efforts have helped Fpweb.net make a name for itself within the SharePoint Community. There is nothing Ellie enjoys more than a good brainstorming session with her outstanding creative team and keeping her finger on the pulse of marketing.

Amber's primary focus is the customer and is motivated by their satisfaction and success. As the customer advocate within Fpweb.net, Amber spends her days assisting Fpweb.net's customers from requests about their hosted site(s) to issue escalations.

In Amber's free time, if she's not enjoying the company of her husband and the four boxers running around the house, she's working a St. Louis Boxer rescue event or relaxing at the local casinos. Video poker may be her favorite, but Amber can be a bit of a card shark when she wants!

Shelly is the backbone of the Sales team. Along with assisting Fpweb.net customers, her focus is to support the Sales team throughout the sales contract process and support our current customers with requests regarding their site such as adding more resources or escalating a support ticket. When she’s not helping out our sales team and our customers, Shelly is keeping her family on track at home. She enjoys cooking and gardening, especially when the meal involves ingredients from her fruits and vegetable gardens in her backyard.
