What your job involves:

A unique opportunity for a rising technology leader to innovate, set strategy, and execute on high demand managed services, cloud, and cyber security offerings. Equity bonus opportunity fuels significant income growth for top performers. This position is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the technology services and support of cloud, infrastructure, and security services. The VP of Technology works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate technology objectives and priorities are achieved within the organization.

What You Have to Offer:

Must Have

• 8 plus years in technology, 3-5 years infrastructure experience and 3 years’ management experience.
• Success managing a technology staff in the past with measurable improvement annually.
• Ability to develop technology plans and holds people accountable to achieving their goals
• Leads by example and commands respect, has strong self-image
• Provides great leadership and management skills, coaches continuously and effectively and doesn’t de-motivate
• Thinks strategically and acts tactically
• Great communicator, active listener, asks great questions, and makes great presentations
• Willingness to unconditionally commit to their targets and the targets of the team, sets goals and achieves them consistently
• Ability to engage “C” level management
• Must have made minimum of $125,000 annually (proof with W-2)
• Strong presentation skills
• Stay current on technology trends and build demand with custom solutions
