What We Need:

We need a Systems Engineer who's seen it all before and can make problems disappear. We want this position taken over by a highly motivated professional who can handle critical roles like delivering our customers world class satisfaction. Fueled by a sinister knowledge of our product and an insatiable drive for happy customers, our Senior Systems Engineer is going to love his job.

You'll be a member of a highly skilled team - maintaining and improving customer and Fpweb.net computing environments by identifying new systems and software to improve operations, create new service offerings, improve IT system stability and increase efficiency. We will look to you to gather new project/system requirements, install, configure and test new services and applications as well as document new environments and procedures, perform system upgrades and resolve complex escalated issues. Our Senior Network Engineer will read new initiatives, perform project related tasks and report project progress to management.

Other Job Requirements we'll need from our Senior Network Engineer:

  • Responsible for troubleshooting outages, alarms and severity I performance issues throughout the organization's network and communications landscape
  • Technical oversight of the company network infrastructure
  • Responsible for providing recommendations on new products, services and technologies, as well as making upgrades to existing equipment
  • Responsible for maintaining network documentation and diagrams
  • Day-to day operations supporting network infrastructure
  • Act as a senior resource to assist with resolving critical/high impact customer issues
  • Network technical leadership for high visibility projects
  • Adhere to change control policies and procedures
  • Produce, maintain and review all design and architecture documents pertaining to the company network infrastructure

What You Need:

  • Experience working with Microsoft server based products and operating systems in an enterprise IT environment, with preference given to those with experience in the hosting industry
  • 5+ Years "Expert" knowledge of Cisco Firewalls and Switches
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, DNS, Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies as well as a working knowledge of virtualization and SAN technologies
  • Further skills and qualifications with Modifications to ACLs/rulebase, IPSec VPN Tunnels, Network Address Translation (NAT), Multiple Contexts, Spanning Tree Protocol, VLAN, VTP, Trunks, Ether Channels
  • Previous experience serving as technical lead for large scale projects
  • Expert level troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Experience developing technical documentation and writing standard operating procedures
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You'll be a member of a highly skilled team – working Monday to Friday, building servers, troubleshooting issues, working with new technology, and, as always, providing diehard customer service.​ We want to look to you as a point of escalation for trouble tickets and customer issues.​ We want the less experienced technicians to look up to you for your professionalism and wicked engineering abilities.​

  • Install and configure software including Windows Server OS, SQL, SharePoint, MS System Center products, and other applications
  • Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks and operating systems
  • Research new technologies and determine their value to the organization in terms of increasing efficiency, enhancing service offerings or automating operations
  • Build new server environments per work order specification and deliver on or ahead of schedule
  • Perform project related duties as assigned and report progress to management
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation as well as installation and configuration documentation
  • Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring, analysis and performance tuning
  • Assist with datacenter tasks such as racking and cabling equipment, device moves, etc.​
  • Participate in on-call rotation

What YOU Need:

  • Candidate will have a current MCSE or a current MCP within the last 6 months
  • 3+​ years of experience working with Microsoft server based products and operating systems in an enterprise IT environment, with preference given to those with experience in the hosting industry
  • Proficiency with Windows 2008/​2003 server configuration and administration, IIS, SQL server, DNS, Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, SCOM, SCCM, Hyper-V a plus and Exchange Server a plus
  • Expert level troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Experience developing technical documentation and writing standard operating procedures

To capitalize on the significant growth opportunity that exists within the NA, EU, LATAM and APAC markets, Fpweb.net is seeking an experienced SharePoint Channel Business Development Manager to execute the company’s go-to-market strategy and drive business growth and profitability.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your role will be to develop our Channel Partners: SharePoint ISVs, integrators, consultants and resellers focused primarily in the Energy, Pharma, Healthcare and Professional Services Vertical Markets.

We need someone who can leverage their working knowledge of the Microsoft and SharePoint ecosystems and enjoy regular travel as a part of the job, spending time in the field and possess networking and strategic relationship building skills.

This challenging role will contribute directly to the direction of our business as well as develop your career.

The job:

Our Channel Manager will embrace the opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of SharePoint hosting solutions across strategic channel partners and resellers. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential channel partners within the System Integrator sectors, developing C-level and field relationships and driving the onboarding process. Once established, by growing business, sales and technical relationships, and managing the interactions with these partners, top line revenue growth and overall market adoption should be streamlined.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background that enables them to engage at the CXO level and field level, as well as a strong business and product competency focused on the SharePoint marketplace. They will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges and solutions in order to accelerate sales and market share via channel programs and relationships.

An energetic and driven individual, you will work as part of a growing team of professionals based in St. Louis and play a key role in driving the growth and profitability of the company. The successful candidate will offered a competitive package including base salary and bonus, as well as other benefits such as 401K, Health, Dental and flexible working conditions.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Build resellers' capabilities to develop enterprise software and service opportunities. Teach pre-sales business development techniques aligned with Fpweb.net’s strategy and messaging but tuned to the SME SharePoint space (process landscape, value propositions, roadmaps, assessments).
  • Build resellers' capabilities to position, scope, sell, and deliver successful hosted SharePoint engagements in the SME space.
  • Support partners' services business development activities and act as a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services mentor during the sales process.
  • Monitor partner performance and assess strengths and weaknesses in commitment and capability.
  • Promote and reinforce partnership-friendly behaviors.
  • Size, plan, and communicate the involvement of resources in partner-led projects.
  • 25% Travel.
  • Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to define and deliver Fpweb.net’s overall go-to-market strategy through the identification of new channel partners.
  • Manage the partner lifecycle: acquisition, on-boarding, training, driving and tracking revenue through channel partners.
  • Set and manage revenue targets and work with the partners sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
  • Develop, manage and close a pipeline of business associated with the channel partners.
  • Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service teams, legal, support, etc.).
  • Identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition.
  • Work within the partner’s customer base to identify opportunities and communicate our value proposition.
  • Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

What YOU Need:

  • Previous SharePoint industry experience. Must know the product and the players - ISVs, consultants/integrators, vendors etc.
  • SharePoint Product Knowledge: positioning, roadmap, strategy, product capabilities.
  • Services Expertise: estimation, deal crafting, risk mitigation, project staffing, project management, services methodology.
  • Customer Focus: keep customer satisfaction and realized value as prime considerations in decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Managerial Courage: say what needs to be said; escalate when needed.
  • Communication skills: customer/reseller facing and internally.
  • Experience coaching others (e.g., in a leadership or training role).
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Strong business and technical competency in the areas of SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise channel partners/resellers. The right person will possess 8-12+ years of sales, channel, business development and/or program management experience with 5+ in the SharePoint ecosystem.
  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross- functional audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

Who we want:

We need a Product Manager to work in our global headquarters in Fenton, MO. Someone to be our resident application expert, acting as an intermediary between Fpweb.net business group needs and our cloud based vendors such as Zuora billing and Salesforce CRM. Our Product Manager will be a strong representation of our company.

We need a talented, motivated individual who will help deliver on Fpweb.net’s vision of increasing agility and velocity via integration of Cloud services with existing systems. You will interact cross-functionally with Development, Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Care. ​

  • Identify, prioritize and document business group needs and implement services/features from our various cloud providers.
  • Document and train end users on daily tasks performed in the various Cloud-delivered software solutions.
  • Work both internally with functional groups (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) as well as externally with vendors to drive release content and deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders (business groups, leadership) to solicit requirements.
  • Deliver on Fpweb.net Cloud network strategy and support Cloud vendor "best practices" in alignment with business units' and Fpweb.net's vision.
  • Act as an intermediary between Fpweb.net and the Cloud Services providers – our staff will look to you to resolve issues and meet their business needs.
  • Represent Fpweb.net business unit needs at internal and external business reviews and meetings.
